Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 7, 2026
Verdict Ready is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and are the international standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures we take
- All pages include a skip-to-main-content link for keyboard users
- All interactive elements are keyboard navigable
- Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums
- All form inputs have associated labels
- Images and icons that convey meaning include descriptive alternative text
- Error messages identify the field in error and describe how to fix it
- The page language is declared in the HTML
langattribute - We use semantic HTML elements (headings, lists, landmarks) throughout
- Focus states are visually distinct and never suppressed
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas we are actively working to improve:
- The AI-driven interview chat interface may not provide a fully equivalent experience for screen reader users — we are evaluating improvements to the ARIA live region announcements.
- Some third-party components (Stripe checkout) are outside our direct control but are maintained by providers with their own accessibility commitments.
Assistive technology compatibility
We test our platform with the following combinations:
- NVDA + Chrome on Windows
- VoiceOver + Safari on macOS
- Keyboard-only navigation on Chrome and Firefox
